This vibrant, colorful home is a beautifully curated 2-bedroom, 1-bath home that accommodates up to 8 guests. The colorful decor palette compliments the open concept layout. The home is clean and vibrantly decorated to give you a fantastic welcome feeling as you step through the door! There is a Smart TV in every room for streaming your favorite shows (hi-speed Wi-FI provided). The kitchen has all your basic necessities for nights in! The whole vibe of this home is sure to command lots of attention with your social media following!
🌺 OUTDOOR VACATION OASIS:
▪️Fantastic outdoor space! A large tropical saltwater pool with a spacious outdoor covered entertainment.
▪️As the sun goes down, you’ll be wowed by the colorful outdoor landscape lighting–it really adds a wonderful ambiance!
▪️There are plenty of Adirondack chairs , pool loungers and an outdoor dining table, too.
▪️Gather around the fire–it is a perfect way to end a beautiful day.
▪️A fantastic bonus is the screened-in lanai, which shields you from bugs and wildlife while allowing you to soak up the sun and get that perfect tan in comfort!
🌺 NO HOT TUB – NO SPA:
The elevated section of the pool is NOT a spa or hot tub, so there are no additional features and the water temperature is the same as the pool. If you’re dreaming of hot tub vibes, this might not be the spot for you, but we promise the pool will still be a blast!
🌺 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:
The beaches are just 6 minutes away, offering you sunny, sandy shores. Located within walking distance to Walmart and a selection of coffee and dining spots. Downtown St. Pete is approximately a 22-26 minute drive.
🌺 SLEEP ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps up to 8)
▫️Primary Bedroom: King Bed = sleeps 2
▫️Bedroom #2: Two Queen Beds = sleeps 4
▫️Additional Full-size memory-foam floor mattress (sleeps 2)
🌺 ONE FULL BATHROOM
Conveniently located in the hallway, featuring a tub/shower combo. There is also a separate area with a new vanity with great lighting— apply makeup, blow dry hair or you can use it as a work space desk!
🌺 POOL & OPTIONAL POOL HEATER
Our beautiful saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.
🌺 PETS WELCOME!
Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per Airbnb policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet.

▫️Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
▫️ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.
▫️The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.
▫️ We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.
▫️The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.

This place was a great getaway. We loved the private pool and how close it was to the beach. The house was a great size for 4 adults. Amenities like the washer and dryer came in handy since we stayed a week.
The team was super responsive and proactive about letting us know about check in and check out.

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s house for our 4 days in St. Petersburg!
My husband and I rented a car which was perfect for getting around to local restaurants, beaches and activities.
Everything was roughly a 15 minute drive from the home and easy to Uber on the nights we went out.
Very fun vibe to the house and every room has a TV, even outside!
We lucked out with the weather for January so it was really nice to sit outside and watch a movie.
Our only small issue was the pool heating aspect. We did pay for it to be heated for our stay but it was up and down as a far as the consistency with it saying warm. Stephanie was quickly responsive regarding this and we were credited for one day of pool heating so that helped.
The kitchen did have some essentials as far as spices, oils, paper towels, cleaning spray, so it was nice to not have to rush out for those random things.
Overall we had a fun and comfortable visit at Stephanie’s and would stay again if we were in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and just like in the listing. The pool was amazing, the kids’ highlight! Everything worked perfectly and we’d definitely come back!

Responsive hosts and proactive. I didn’t need to ask any questions. Prompt with any concerns and quick to resolve if there were any. I knew exactly what to expect. We were able to drop off our luggage early then went about our day until it was ready for check in. I felt like it was our own home. We’d be out and about and talk about “going home” vs “the Airbnb.” Everything was equipped with what we needed. We picked a bad week for cold so it was too cold for the pool heater to work, that was a bummer. But everything else was amazing! Great location with a cute pond filled with ducks and turtles a short serene walk away.

What a wonderful space!! We had the best time! Super convenient to local beaches—we visited Madeira, Treasure Island, and St. Pete Beach, which were all spectacular! I highly recommend Ubering to St. Pete’s Pier for a drink at the Tiki Bar and dinner at Fresco’s. The best retirement trip a girl could ask for!
