🌴 POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
Your mini resort includes a cozy poolside guest bungalow offering a unique “glamping” experience. Equipped with a full-size bed, smart TV, wall heater, and window air conditioning unit. The bungalow has easy access to the third bathroom inside the home, making it a favorite sleeping room for guests.

NOTE: The private bungalow is included in the 3 bedrooms. Please see photos and notice that it is on the exterior of the home and is separate from the main home. For this reason, it may be unsuitable for some guests.

🌴 POOL & OPTIONAL HEATER
Saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

🌴 NO SPA – NO HOT TUB:
The separate square portion of the pool is not a spa or hot tub. The water temperature is the same temperature as the pool. If you’re primary interest is a hot tub or spa, this is not the home for you.

Pets are permitted with prior approval–the pet must be included in your guest count on your reservation.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per Airbnb policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet.

Guest access
Parking for 4 vehicles MAX. All vehicles must be parked in driveway of the home and not on the street. No parking in the garage. No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.

Other things to note
BEFORE YOU BOOK:

▪️ Lawn service and pool service must enter the backyard to service this property. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times. If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest, this is NOT the right home for you. Again, these are not optional services—they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.

▪️ Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by Airbnb. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family).

▪️ The nightly rate is calculated by the # of guests in your reservation and linens and supplies are based upon guest count. If you increase the # of guests after booking your stay, your nightly rate may increase.

▪️ The ice maker in the refrigerator is NOT functional.

▪️Make sure you have read our Rules and Regulations that are included within this listing. If any of the rules could potentially present a problem, this home is not the right choice for you. If you have questions on any of the rules and regulations, just ask in advance.

▪️ We do not provide firewood. If you want to use the fire pit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.

▪️ While we are pet friendly (with prior approval), we do not guarantee a yard is escape proof for your pet. Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings. ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard–you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers. Be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.
