A tropical backyard with a large saltwater pool. You’ll spend most of your time in the cozy cabana with a seated bar, built-in beverage refrigerator, and 55″ TV for streaming your favorite apps.

🌴 GUEST BUNGALOW
A large guest bungalow offers a really unique experience! This private bungalow is equipped with a two full-size beds, a Smart TV for your entertainment, heating and air to keep you cool and a double vanity to allow guests to prepare for a night out on the town. Guests in the bungalow will access the pool bathroom that is just steps from the bungalow.

This cozy retreat is separate from the main home, providing ultimate privacy but for that reason, it may not be suitable for guests of all ages. Additionally, there are a few step-downs into the bathroom. Please consider your group dynamics and sleeping arrangements when booking.

Please note: the bungalow is counted as a bedroom. Total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths!

Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). ▪️Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.

🌺 BEFORE YOU BOOK:

▪️ Lawn service and pool service must enter the backyard to service this property. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times. If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest, this is NOT the right home for you. Again, these are not optional services—they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.

▪️ Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by Airbnb. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family).

▪️ The nightly rate is calculated by the # of guests in your reservation. If you increase the # of guests after booking your stay, your nightly rate may increase.

▪️One of the two bathrooms is considered a pool bathroom. It is accessible by using an outside door. Therefore, guests will need to step outside the home for 2-3 seconds and then enter the pool bathroom. It is heated/air conditioned with the home’s central air system.

▪️Make sure you have read our Rules and Regulations that are included within this listing. If any of the rules could potentially present a problem, this home is not the right choice for you. If you have questions on any of the rules and regulations, just ask in advance.

▪️Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify openings. Always be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard, Make sure side gates are secure –you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by landscapers or pool techs.

▪️ All televisions are Smart RoKu TVS and are for streaming your own television apps. Please note: there is high speed WiFi, but NO cable tv package.
