Saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

▫️Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.

▫️ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.

▫️The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.

▫️ We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.

▫️The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
