🌺 POOL & OPTIONAL HEATER
Saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per Airbnb policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet.

▫️ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.
▫️The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.
▫️ We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.
▫️The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.

This is my first Airbnb experience. Stephanie’s home was very easy to find. It’s extremely close to Walmart (3 minutes), restaurants, John’s Pass Boardwalk, and tons of beaches! Her home was equipped with plenty of clean dishes and utensils to use. We even were able to use beach towels / bag, umbrella and cooler which was a really nice option. This home is extremely clean and has some fun decorative features. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The only downfall we had which was not in Stephanie’s control is the weather took a plunge during our stay. Temperatures dropped to below 50° resulting in us not being able to utilize the heater in the pool. My children were pretty disappointed mainly because there wasn’t much else for them to do other than swimming while at the home. This is my fault do to not finding something with more options for children. Just something to keep in mind, for reference my children are only 7 and 2. Overall it was a great experience for us.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful pool house! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was absolutely perfect — clean, private, and great for both daytime lounging and evening swims. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the host was very responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a resort-style pool!

Great property that had everything we were looking for. Stephanie was very responsive to all of our questions, especially considering we made the reservation a few hours before arrival after flights to our original destination were cancelled due to the mess in Venezuela. This was my first time renting on Airbnb and it went flawlessly. I highly recommend this host and property.

We appreciated the cleanliness, fun decor and the thoughtful touches. Stephanie’s communication was top notch. She was friendly and helpful. Great pool and outdoor seating areas as well.
