🌺OUTDOOR PARADISE
Oversized saltwater pool, screened-in porch with theater-style reclining chairs, perfect for movie nights under the stars. Tiki hut with bar seating, a TV, and a beverage refrigerator. Enjoy outdoor meals at the spacious dining table or cook up a feast on the propane grill.
The backyard is fully fenced and there is a dog relief area on the side of the home. For your beach days we supply a cooler, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella!

Large saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

🌺CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:
▫️Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
▫️ The small water feature located on the elevated pool platform is currently non-operational. Repair estimates exceed $3,200, so it will remain out of service for the time being. Thank you for your understanding.
▫️ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.
▫️The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.
▫️ We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.
▫️The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
▫️Please review our rules on this listing carefully. If any rules may pose an issue, this home is not suitable for you.

We had a great time staying at this house. The layout is great, affording privacy for all guests. The pool and backyard area is very nice and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We will be recommending this house to our friends and look forward to staying here again next time we visit St. Pete!

The home was lovely. Perfect for a large family holiday getaway. Plenty of space, TV’s, and activities. Kitchen and bathrooms were up to standard. When we had questions or issues the host responded immediately. We were a close drive to everything we needed. The house had a lot of added touches. Great for photos. I would recommend this house to others.

I recently stayed at Stephanie’s place in St Pete for a business trip with some coworkers. There was so much space and ammenities to unwind after our busy days of work. we especially enjoyed the backyard atmosphere and the bbq grill…very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

We had a fabulous stay here! The space was really comfortable inside and out. Weather wasn’t great so we had a lot of inside time. The house was perfect for a large group of wish we could’ve used the pool – it was a great space! Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Stephanie was an amazing host!! She was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Also the location of the house is perfect. We stayed her for my bachelorette weekend. The backyard was so relaxing, we had such a nice time enjoying the pool. The inside of the house was so clean, lots of space, and very comfortable. We had 11 girls and everyone was so excited about this Airbnb! I would definitely stay here again for any trip back to St. Pete!!

We had a great family Christmas at Stephanie’s place. There were 10 of us – there was plenty of room and then some. The kitchen was great for cooking and snacking. The pool worked out great for the grandkids and the beach was close by. Stephanie was always responsive,proactive and even had us in a couple hours early which is always nice after traveling. Large families will love it.
