From the moment you step inside, you’ll be enchanted. The entryway sets the tone with the playful sign “DOES IT COME IN PINK,” hinting at the magic that awaits! As you enter, you’re welcomed by our chic lounge, adorned with the iconic “Martinique” wallpaper—an exquisite detail that has graced the world famous Beverly Hills Hotel since 1942. This sumptuous backdrop perfectly complements the plush velvet PINK chairs and glamorous PINK velvet stools at the kitchen counter, transforming the space into a scene straight out of Mad Men! 😉

The PINK poolside guest bungalow is a delightful retreat in its own right. In fact, it’s the ultimate place to sleep! Imagine waking up in a private bungalow just steps from the pool—there’s truly no better way to start your vacation day.

For those who love to dine al fresco, the large outdoor dining room is a PINK dream come true, with seating for up to 12 guests and a grill for whipping up delicious meals under the sun. This home is designed with every detail in mind, ensuring your stay is as fabulous as it is comfortable.

🎀 POOL & OPTIONAL POOL HEATER:
The L shaped saltwater PINK pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. It was just resurfaced and has the (OMG) cutest retro you guessed it—-PINK pool tile! We want the pool clean for our guests so the pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

Beaches are just 5 minutes away! Downtown St. Pete is just a short 22-26 minute drive away, offering a plethora of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. For shopping and dining, there are many, many options just minutes away!

🎀 POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The PINK poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow has easy access to the half bathroom and outdoor shower. The guest bungalow is a a true tropical, “GLAMPIING” vacation experience–however, it may not be appropriate for guests of all ages. Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow. I LOVE IT………but will Grandma love it? Probably not.

▫️ PLEASE NOTE: The bungalow IS INCLUDED in the bedroom count. Which means this home has 3 interior bedrooms and the bungalow is counted as the fourth “bedroom”. It’s a great spot to enjoy–but again, maybe not for everyone!

🎀 BATHROOMS:
▫️Primary Bedroom has a 1/2 bath with an uhhhmazing attached outdoor shower (💕).
▫️Bathroom #2 is an en-suite bathroom attached to Bedroom #2
▫️Bathroom #3 is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) in the hall area.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your guest count.
NOTE: The pet fee is automatically included in your total cost when you add pet to guest count. The $144 fee covers up to two dogs (cats are not permitted). Emotional support animals fall under the pet fee as per Airbnb policy. Additional pets (more than 2) are permitted with an additional $58 per pet.

▪️All vehicles must be parked in driveway of the home and not on the street.

▪️No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.

▪️Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.

🎀 CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

💮 Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.

💮 Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.

💮The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.

💮 We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.

💮The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
