Our beautiful saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $30/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

🌴 NO SPA – NO HOT TUB:
The elevated portion of the pool is not a spa or hot tub and does not have any additional features. The water temperature is the same temperature as the pool. If you’re looking for hot tub vibes, this might not be the home for you.

This private bungalow is equipped with a full-size bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment, a wall heater, and a window air unit to keep you cool. Guests in the bungalow will access the pool bathroom that is just steps from the bungalow.

Please note: The bungalow is counted as a bedroom, bringing the total to 3 interior bedrooms plus the bungalow, which equals 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths! This cozy retreat is separate from the main home, and may not be suitable for guests of all ages.

▫️No RVS, boat parking, pull behind trailers permitted.

🌼PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

▫️ Be aware of small alligators in the small body of water behind home. Wildlife is unable to enter the pool area because of the screen enclosure. Guests should take caution if they have pets and small children outside of enclosed area.

▫️Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.

▫️ The ice/water dispenser feature on the refrigerator is NOT functional.

▫️ Weekly lawn and twice-weekly pool services require access to the backyard and do not announce their arrival. If privacy is a concern, this may not be the right choice for you.

▫️The yard is fully fenced but it’s guest responsibility to ensure gates are closed and secure every time a pet is unleashed in yard.

▫️We provide a starter supply kit that includes items you will need for your stay. Unlike a hotel, the Airbnb does not offer an unlimited supply.

▫️ We recommend purchasing trip insurance offered by Airbnb for unforeseen circumstances. We must uphold our cancellation policy.

▫️The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests; any increase in guest count after booking may adjust your rate.
