POOL:
A PINK saltwater pool—professionally serviced twice weekly. The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $30/night.
PETS:
Pets must be approved in advance of booking this home and they must be noted in your guest count. Cats are strictly prohibited. Fee for dogs is $144, which covers up to two dogs. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, per Airbnb policy.

▪️Guests that intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.

▪️ Lawn service and pool service must enter the backyard to service this property. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times. If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest, this is NOT the right home for you. Again, these are not optional services—they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.

Our multi-generational family recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach home . Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect – just steps away from the beach with great views of the ocean. The house itself was exquisite. It was tastefully decorated making it feel like a true home away from home. The layout was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for cooking meals during our stay.
What really stood out about this rental was the exceptional hosting by the Stephanie and Jane as they were responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions. Jane even helped us with grocery delivery since it was over Christmas weekend and we had a late flight! Just incredible! It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and want to ensure a memorable vacation experience! We will be back!

The house is spacious & beautiful inside, as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach, and near several beach bars/restaurants within walking distance. It was way more space than we needed with 3 people but chose it because of the location. We loved having the fenced yard for my mom’s dog and enjoyed sitting by the pool (the water was too cool for swimming). The house was stocked with everything we needed – just had to bring food and clothes. They had a nice set of beach gear – wagon, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels.
Hosts were communicative and friendly, and one of them (Jane) met us when we arrived to show us around.

Stephanie and Jane were absolutely wonderful. They were communicating with us the whole trip. When we had issues with a lock on the door they were there in matter of minutes. The house was very clean. Perfect location. They supplied everything you needed to go to the beach. Wagons, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler. The gas grill was like brand new. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook. Our family of 11 people fit perfectly and each couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this house. Our grandkids also enjoyed the park which was less than a block away. The hosts were top notch! 5 stars for sure!

This place was beautiful. The host communicated very well. There is a playground a block away. There are many restaurants/bars within a walkable distance. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. I would stay here again.
